Pantheon Platform Product Feedback & Feature Requests.
Welcome to the Product Feedback Channel!
We love hearing about how you use our product and what we can do to make it better! Please use this channel to share any Pantheon Platform product feedback, feature requests and/or suggestions you have for our team.
Here are a few guidelines on how to use the Product Feedback channel:
1. Follow our Community Code of Conduct
While your feedback, suggestions and constructive criticism is welcome, harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. In the interest of fostering an open and welcoming environment, we as community members, contributors, and maintainers pledge to making participation in Pantheon and our community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, level of experience, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, sexual identity and orientation, socioeconomic status, or technical ability. We don’t like having to remove comments, but we reserve the right to do so without warning in order to maintain a positive community experience for everyone.
2. Be Descriptive When Submitting Product and/or Feature Requests for Our Team to Review
The most helpful feature requests/product requests posts are the ones that describe the nature and scope of a problem at hand. Try to answer these questions in your post or comment:
- What is the problem?
- Why is it a problem?
- How do you solve the problem today?
- How would you ideally solve the problem?
- How big is the problem (business impact, frequency of impact, who is impacted)
It’s much easier for us to address a suggestion if we clearly understand the context of the issue, the problem, and why it matters to you!
3. Vote for the Product and/or Feature Requests You Want to See Happen!
Your votes matter! See a feature request or product suggestion you agree with? Let us know by casting your vote. If you are unable to cast your vote, you likely have not yet been granted those permissions in our forum. To learn more please email community@Pantheon.io.
4. Let’s Talk Expectations
We take feedback seriously; it’s driven many of the changes and improvements to our products over the years, and we believe it’s a vital part of making Pantheon better. While you have our promise that your feature/product requests will be shared with our team internally, posts are not guaranteed a response, or inclusion in any product roadmaps . Occasionally, we’ll share very general ideas of what is or isn’t on a roadmap, or roughly when you might expect to see something roll out. However, we do not share specifics, and often can’t tell you exactly what’s on the roadmap. Any timelines we share are not guaranteed and are subject to change without notice.
Should you have any questions and/or concerns please send us an email at Community@Pantheon.io.
